Around the same time, Jenn was starting a community page to share other writers’ work: Closer Lives Poetry. After only a few weeks, Leon was invited by another poetry page to read live every Sunday. One night, with five minutes left on the clock, he offered to read anything sent in by DM. By pure chance, Jenn tuned in at that very moment and sent two of her poems.
