When your account is disabled, it’s tempting to try any link you find online—but that can be risky.
🌿Only submit appeals through official Instagram or Meta links (they will end in instagram.com or fb.com). Avoid Google Docs, random websites, or forms shared by strangers. These can collect your info and never reach Instagram at all.
